Went down in a meadow west of Bunschoten. Initially buried in Bunschoten-Spakenburg. In 1949 all French war casualties in the Netherlands were repatriated to France or to the French centralisation cemetery in the Netherlands in Kapelle. As a memorial to him, they left his empty grave and gravestone intact up to this day reply |
