Trained at 3 British Flying Training School, Miami, Oklahoma (dates not yet ascertained)
Served with RAF 322 (Dutch) Squadron in 1945, undertaking 25 operations in Mark XVI Spitfire. Crashed inside allied lines on Good Friday 1945 after tail shot up during a raid on German headquarters, Zutphen, Holland.
