George William Henry Reynolds was born in 1905. According to the europeansineastafrica link he started flying in Kenya in 1933 and served in East Africa. He later became the chief test pilot at 103 Maintenance Unit at Aboukir in Egypt.
He features in an article in the HMSO wartime booklet The Middle East which describes his two claims for destroyed JU86s. Neither of these claims correlate to recorded losses in the Luftwaffe files.
The MU records are very short on details but there is a widely-distributed photo of BR114 with Reynolds in and it is assumed that this is his aircraft for the two claims.
