The MK549 spitfire was flown by the F / L Cecil G.R. Manson of the 43rd Sqn and disappeared at the sight of his companions during an attack action at coordinates G458179 (Cavarzere area). RAF FORM 540 and 541 resources. Manson was captured and taken POW. (Info: Ass. Aerei Perduti Polesine)
