Born in Warsaw to Filip and Helena nee Siennicka. In 1938 graduated as pilot. Evacuated (via Romania and Mediterranean) Poland after German-Soviet invasion in September 1939. After fall of France, was transferred to Great Britain in July 1940.
Promoted Flying Officer 1.10.1941. After trainings in several OTUs, 5.03.1942 appointed as instructor in 16. (Polish) SFTS. 2.05.1943 sent to 58. OTU and 23.10.1943 assigned to 308. (Polish) Fighter Squadron "City of Kraków".
Operationally active from 23.11.1943 up to 1.12.1944, taking part in numerous Neptunes, Ramrods, Circuses and Rodeos.
Decorated 3 times with Cross of Valour.
After war stayed in Great Britain, died 24.02.1985.
