Escaped from Russian captivity on the fall of Poland. Made his way to France and joined the Armee de l'Air. After the fall of France he made his way to GB & joined the Polish Air Force.
Still alive September 2016
Served with 316 & 302 squadrons in turn
DFC & Virtuti Militaria decorations
He Died - 8 january 2017 in Harrow Weald / England
