Training Georgia USA. Stearman, BT13. Kidlington England flying Audax/Hector. Rednal 61 OTU. Operational 243 Sq Corsica 1944. Strafing, Bomber Escort etc. over Italy. Posted to 32 squadron at Kalamaki from 5 R.F.U (Refresher Flying Unit) 7th November 1944. Sq Ramat David (Palestine) when 243 disbanded following invasion Southern France. Demobbed 28/09/1946. Farmer 1947-1986. Died 1999.
