20-Feb-45 Burst into flames - no apparent flak KIA
We suffered a bit of a shock, when Lt. Jimmy Miller failed to return from an 'op.' on the 20th., of the month. Jimmy's kite was seen to burst into
flames during his bombing dive, and go straight in. As no apparent ack ack was experienced by the others in the formation, his fatality will go down as one of those inexplicable incidents which the mysteries of the sky provide at odd moments.
