William McDonald Menzies joined 92 Squadron on 6th September 1942
07-Sep 1942
He was killed whilst flying Spitfire VC, BR573 'T' of No 92 Sqn, which spun into the ground near LG 174. He is commemorated on the Alamein Memorial.
