ADDITIONAL EDIT BY DAVID GARRETT
This would appear to very likely be the same Sgt Albert Edward Cooper who flew with 154 squadron Feb-Aug 1942, so I have entered some details:
Sgt A E Cooper joined 154 squadron shortly after it was founded in Nov 1941. Early ORB records are incomplete, but he was definitely flying from Feb 42, when the squadron was declared operational.
He flew with 154 through to August 42, including the 12 weeks at Hornchurch
He does not appear in the 154 ORB after Aug 42, when it would appear he was posted to 54 Sqn in the far East
