Tac/R with F/O Symonds. Area Medez El Bab - Tabourba.
Result- F/O Symonds reported that F/O Blaackshawhad been shot down by enemy fighter over Beja. A message received later reported F/O Blackhawk had been taken to hospital with two broken arms and severe burns. A later report stated that F/O Blackshaw was actually shot down by our own A.A.
Died 5 days later on the 10th April
