Later posted to Malta, then P-51,s 1944.
Also flew Lysander, Mosquito, Hudson, many others.
Posted to RAF Habbaniya, Iraq 1955-58
Retired from RAF 1976
Died near Witney, Oxfordshire 8 Sept 2020
