Georges Kovarski escaped from Belgium in September 1940, and arrived in the Britain in March 1941. Enlisted into RAFVR on 31 August 1941 and sent for flying training. He was promoted to Sgt on 29October 1943 and posted 350 (BE) Sqn on 15 March 1945. Kovarski left the unit on 26 October 1945.
