Thomas Campbell MacFarlane joined 124 Squadron RAF during January 1942

He was killed whilst flying in Spitfire VB, BL633 of No 124 Sqn, which failed to return from a convoy patrol over the Thames Estuary. He is commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.
