In CWGC Arkadil POPOV
KIA , 16th of October, 1944, near Ston ( island Bogutovac) Yugoslavia, now Croatia.
He was a Cossack from river Don in Russia. His parents went to emigration after the October revolution,
They have settled in Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Arkadije ( Arkady ) went to Naval academy in Dubrovnik.
He joined newly formed Jugoslav aviation in Benina, Libya in April, 1944.
He was a commander of "B" flight within 352 squadron RAF (Y ).
