Comments / Questions:by: andrea John Mcandrew Brodie - Spitfire JF 344 2016-02-06 16:54:06 Squadron letters were GZ but I do not know the last letter after the roundelle ( A,B,C... ?) Does anyone knows? ( Trying to build a model, I live only 8 km from crash site ). Srdjan Gojak ( e-mail to: gojak02@net.hr ) reply reply: andrea Spitfire JF344 Browing MG 2016-04-01 18:23:24 This Browing MG ( see All images ) is from Spitfire JF 344, salvaged by fishermans ship 35 years ago, once in private colestion of Mr. Rajko Jurišić from Baška Voda reply: andrea John McAndrew Brodie 2016-04-02 18:56:43 Also, a cannon from JF 344, same collection as for Browing MG reply: andrea JF344 2017-03-21 18:04:08 After my new research and help from other people from different forums it appears that JF344 was with "B" flight, within 32. squadron. Also, for sure, it was not: "M" (JF404), not "N"(JF364; a second aircraft of John McAndrew Brodie ), and not "O" ( JG493 ). |
