POW 1941-02-02 Spitfire P9551
1 PRU 'A' Flight pilot
DFC Spitfire and Mosquito pilot. Shot down during a long reconnaisance flight and held in Stalagluft III. Farming in Kalomo, Northern Rhodesia after the war. He is buried near the old home of the Administrator's home in Kalomo, now Zambia. His tombstone gives his rank as "Wing Commander."
