This looks like a gun post not a lorry that Spitfire has come up against. This occurred on 27/12/1941 to AD198 "KH-O". See AD198 this also has the same picture. Referring to Andrew Pentlands Spitfire database AD198 was delivered as "KH-O"

Yes, 100% agree that this is AD198 after crashing into a gun post/section post/seagull trench at RAF North Weald, December 1941; Often misattributed as RAF Hornchurch but 403 sqn was at Hornchurch a bit earlier in 1941
